Hands up who wants to taste this brownie with dark hazelnuts and dark chocolate?
In a large bowl put the first dry ingredients: whole wheat flour, cocoa, erythritol, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix well with a tel.
In another bowl put the wet ingredients: eggs, oil, yogurt, rum essence. Beat them well with a fork, then add them over the dry ingredients and mix well with a goal until the composition is homogenized.
Add to this composition 50 gr. Orlando’s forest hazelnuts minced and 50 gr. shredded dark chocolate. Mix again with a spatula, then pour the brownie composition into a tray covered with baking sheet. The size of our tray is 25×20 cm.
Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 * C for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes test the toothpicks: put a toothpick in the middle of the cake, and if it comes out clean, it means the cake is baked. Otherwise, leave 2-3 minutes in the oven.
After the brownie is baked, allow it to cool completely, then cut into appropriate pieces and serve this brownie with pleasure.
Optionally you can make a glaze or ganache and put it on top.
