They are tender, they are delicious, easy and fast to do, and if you are not careful, you do not have them in the dish. I’m so tasty! Chocolate and pistachio over the biscuits are like the cake on the cake. It is an unusual combination and since the pistachios are salty, sweet, but not very sweet biscuits create an extraordinary taste of taste.

This is a simple, basic recipe that you can adapt to your preferences. Biscuits can be stored in a jar or in a hermetically sealed box and last for about a week. Okay, if you can resist the temptation for so long. You can eat coffee or tea in the morning with a simple yogurt, you can pack them as a snack or eat whenever you feel the need for something sweet. You can even prepare them for someone dear, pack them in a box and give them a present. We are sure that the person will be impressed.

Ingredients

1 fist of pistachio Orlando’s
250 gr. whole flour
100 gr. solid coconut oil (at room temperature)
100 ml. milk
2 tablespoons honey
30 gr. raw sugar
10 gr. baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
100 gr. black chocolate without sugar
(for 18 biscuits)

Preparation

Are you curious how to prepare these chocolate and pistachios Orlando’s biscuits?

Add solid coconut oil (at room temperature), two tablespoons of honey, raw sugar and vanilla essence. Using a fork mix the ingredients up to a creamy paste. Then add the milk and continue to mix with the fork for a few seconds.

In the same bowl add the baking powder and half the amount of flour. Mix first with a fork, then see that the biscuit dough becomes more solid, add the remaining amount of flour and gently mix with your hand until a homogeneous dough results.

Place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 10-15 minutes, to harden the dough, so you can easily make the biscuits. After 10-15 minutes, remove the bowl from the refrigerator and form some medium-sized balls, then place them on a baking sheet. You do not have to flatten the balls because the dough butter melts at the heat of the oven and the biscuits will be left.

Put the tray on the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 13-15 minutes, then allow it to cool completely.

Drop the chocolate to Bain Marie (steam bath) and put the biscuits in the topcoat chocolate just half of the front of them. Put it on a plate, then add over the chocolate on a little pistachios chopped biscuits. Repeat the operation until you have no biscuits.

Leave the biscuits in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to get the chocolate from them, then you can serve them with pleasure.

Enjoy!
