Brownie with hazelnuts

We were craving a dessert, so today we got serious about the job and made the most delicious brownie with Orlando’s forest hazelnuts and dark chocolate.

This brownie is very quick and easy to make, and the ingredients needed for this dessert most likely everyone already has in the house. We are convinced that if you look through the pantry, you have all the ingredients available. We decided to add Orlando’s forest brownies and hazelnuts because we like them so much. These are the crunchy side, which we like to find in most of our favorite desserts. Also in the composition I also put pieces of dark chocolate because what would be a brownie without extra chocolate inside, wouldn’t it?

It can be done anytime you feel the need for something sweet, when announcing surprise guests at the table and you have to make a quick dessert at any special occasion or holiday of the year. We are sure that you will conquer anyone and they will surely ask you for a recipe.

Ingredients

50 gr. Orlando’s hazelnuts
50 gr. black chocolate
200 gr. whole wheat flour
50 gr. cocoa
100 gr. erythritol (or any other sweetener: sugar, stevia)
10 gr. baking powder
1 point of salt
3 eggs
100 ml. oil
200 ml. natural yogurt
1 tablespoon essence of rum

Preparation

Hands up who wants to taste this brownie with dark hazelnuts and dark chocolate?
Here’s how:
In a large bowl put the first dry ingredients: whole wheat flour, cocoa, erythritol, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix well with a tel.

In another bowl put the wet ingredients: eggs, oil, yogurt, rum essence. Beat them well with a fork, then add them over the dry ingredients and mix well with a goal until the composition is homogenized.

Add to this composition 50 gr. Orlando’s forest hazelnuts minced and 50 gr. shredded dark chocolate. Mix again with a spatula, then pour the brownie composition into a tray covered with baking sheet. The size of our tray is 25×20 cm.

Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 * C for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes test the toothpicks: put a toothpick in the middle of the cake, and if it comes out clean, it means the cake is baked. Otherwise, leave 2-3 minutes in the oven.

After the brownie is baked, allow it to cool completely, then cut into appropriate pieces and serve this brownie with pleasure.
Optionally you can make a glaze or ganache and put it on top.
