It is a simple and quick cake to prepare, with ingredients that most of us already have in our kitchen, so all we have to do is get to work.
Put in a bowl the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and mix.
In a separate bowl add the eggs, natural yogurt and oil. Mix them, then add them to the bowl over the dry ingredients and mix all the ingredients with a whisk.
Over this composition add grated apples, dehydrated fruits cut into smaller pieces, finely chopped almonds and mix well with a spatula or spoon, until a homogeneous dough.
Pour this composition into a round cake tin with a diameter of 24 cm, then put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 35-40 minutes or until the cake is baked.
Check with a toothpick the inside of the cake after 35 minutes, if it comes out clean, without dough on it, then the cake is baked. Otherwise, leave it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
After baking, let it cool, then sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top and garnish with midgale and dehydrated fruit.
The decor is up to everyone, you can make a ganache or a chocolate glaze, a fine cream or leave it simple.
Serve with a tea or coffee in the morning, as a snack or when you feel like something sweet.
