Conditions for returning the ordered products

The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties but with a reason, within 30 calendar days of receiving the product / products.

• You can return the purchased products, in the original packaging, intact, under the written commitment that you did not intervene in any way on the returned product, within 30 calendar days of receipt, without penalties but with a reason.
• The return of the products will be made at the customer’s expense, accompanied by the number of the purchase invoice.
• At the request of the client, S.C. ORLANDO IMPORT-EXPORT 2001 S.R.L. will pay the value of the returned products in the account indicated by the customer in maximum 14 calendar days.
• At the request of the client, S.C. ORLANDO IMPORT-EXPORT 2001 S.R.L. will replace the returned products with other products of the same value, chosen by the customer. Replaced products do not include shipping costs, which will be borne by the buyer.
