Alimentaria Barcelona was organized on April 25-28, celebrating its 40th edition. There were 140,000 visitors, of which 40,000 from abroad, and more than 10,000 business meetings between exhibitors and the 800 key global buyers who were invited directly by the organization. Alimentaria brought together the latest innovations in the industry, with the latest trends being presented in the fair.
