Delivery and payment
For orders that exceed the amount of 200 lei, the transport is FREE, and for the rest of the orders the transport fee is 19,50 lei.
The products and services offered on the site are available nationally. The price of the products displayed on the site is in lei (RON), has VAT included and does not include the shipping and refund fee, which the buyer must bear depending on the value of the order. Any price changes, discounts or promotions will be explicitly mentioned in the product description.
Payment methods
Refund: payment is made in cash or by card (RON) upon delivery, upon receipt of the package.
Online with bank card. We accept the following card types for payment: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro. Payments are processed through the e-Commerce service offered by UniCredit Bank.
The usual delivery time of the products ordered on the site is between 3-7 days (on working days) from the moment the order was placed.
The transport is performed with Dragon Star Courier express courier companies.
The shipping price is calculated according to the value of the order. The transport fee will be paid together with the value of the order, through the payment methods mentioned above: refund, online by bank card.
SC ORLANDO IMPORT-EXPORT 2001 S.R.L. is not responsible for any delays due to the carrier. In the delivery process, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of the declared delivery address.
SC ORLANDO IMPORT-EXPORT 2001 S.R.L. cannot guarantee the stock availability of all displayed products. For this reason S.C. ORLANDO IMPORT-EXPORT 2001 S.R.L. assumes the right not to honor a certain order in case the product disappears from the current offer of the supplier. In this case S.C. ORLANDO IMPORT-EXPORT 2001 S.R.L. will inform the customer about the situation created.
