1. Account creation

The easiest way is to create an account from the beginning, so that you can save your cart and shopping lists and place a quick order whenever you want.

Having an account is not required to place an online order, but it can significantly help you manage and track your order.

For those who do not want to create an account on the site, there is the option to shop without it, but you will not have access to your order, once sent for processing. It will take you much longer to complete the order form each time and you will not be able to create shopping lists or save your delivery addresses.

2. Adding products to the cart

It is very simple to add products to your shopping cart. Click the Add to cart button and the product is already in your cart.

After you’ve added the last product you want to the cart, click the Finish Order button

3. Choosing the payment and delivery method

After adding all the desired products to the cart, you will be able to choose the delivery address from those previously saved or complete a new one.

Payment can be made on the spot, using the online payment system, with a Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or Maestro card. Products can be paid and refunded upon receipt of the package.

4. Email confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email. If you have an online account, you will be able to access the administration panel, where you have several administrative tools, such as tracking active orders, viewing the order history, managing wish lists and more.
