ORLANDO IMPORT-EXPORT 2001 S.R.L. will pay the value of the returned products in the account indicated by the customer in maximum 14 calendar days.<\/li>\n<li>At the request of the client, S.C. ORLANDO IMPORT-EXPORT 2001 S.R.L. will replace the returned products with other products of the same value, chosen by the customer. Replaced products do not include shipping costs, which will be borne by the buyer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In order to facilitate the return of the products, we provide you with the form available for
